A young woman receives a mysterious package that upends her sedated life. Written & Directed by Richa Rudola.

THE SEAL, starring notable Bollywood crossover actress Shahana Goswami, is a psychological thriller about a woman’s journey of healing from trauma. It’s about the battle between the mind that wants to forget, and the body that remembers.

The film won the 2019 Future of Film is Female grant and is currently awaiting a world premiere.

A young woman finds herself on a journey that began with her ancestors carrying jugs of water in India and brought her to drinking water straight from the filtered tap in America.

When a young South Asian girl is forced into the sex trade, she must choose her path to freedom even if it involves a vampire. Written & Directed by Richa Rudola.

TAAZA KHOON (FRESH BLOOD) is a horror/drama about the forced illegal immigration experience sold to countless people, especially girls and women, in developing countries on the premise of the “American Dream”.

The film played at 25+ film festivals across the world, including 2018 Nashville Film Festival, and won 7 awards including Best Narrative Short and Best Horror Short. It picked up distribution in November 2018 through Shorts TV India.

Ferment (2017)
One-Act Play
Written & Directed by Richa Rudola

A story about two immigrant best friends. A bride-to-be turns to her maid of honor when she gets cold feet before her wedding, but unexpectedly discovers a secret that may threaten their friendship.

The play had a successful premiere at the 2017 New York New Works Theatre Festival where it was a Semi-Finalist.
